I've been programming computers since 1970, and taught myself to make websites starting in 1997. Over the years I've done my share of PC support as well. This means I've had the opportunity to watch a number of people use computers, and I think it helps me know what will work for most people.
I love technology, but don't get hung up on unnecessary “bells and whistles”. I prefer simple stuff that looks good, and works well.
